Born Rushville IN July 13, 1965. Son of Richard and Shirley Quinton - long time residents and Farmers in the Shell Lake Area. Married, 4 beautiful children. Graduate Shell Lake High School 1983. Served in United States Army Military Police. Attended University of Wisconsin River Falls. Member Wisconsin Professional Police Association. Police Officer 18 years, 17 with the City of Spooner. Member Knights of Columbus, and National Rifle Association. Appointed to Washburn County Board 2005, Elected 2006 to Present. Served as First and Second Vice Chairs. Member Wisconsin Counties Association. Appointed to Northern Bridges Managed Care Organization Board of Directors. Member Washburn County Republican Party. Currently resides in the City of Spooner for the last 16 years.
